Refund Policy
1. General policy
All payments made to TruckBill are:
Non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Subscription fees
- Annual or subscription fees are non-refundable
- No partial refunds for unused period
3. Usage-based charges
- Charges (e.g., per LR, invoice, voucher) are non-refundable once consumed
4. Trial & promotional offers
If a trial or promotional refund is offered:
- It will be governed by specific terms
- Refund eligibility may depend on:
- Time period
- Usage limits
- Conditions defined at the time of offer
Example (if applicable to your model):
- 100% refund in Month 1
- 75% refund in Month 2
- 50% refund in Month 3
After the defined period, NO refund will be provided.
5. No refund scenarios
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- User dissatisfaction after usage
- Incorrect data entry
- Business losses
- Misunderstanding of features
- Account suspension due to violation
6. Exceptional cases
Refunds (if any) are at the sole discretion of the Company.
7. Payment errors
If a duplicate payment is made due to technical error:
- Users must report within 7 days
- Refund may be processed after verification
