Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This policy defines acceptable and prohibited uses of TruckBill.
2. Permitted use
Users may use the Platform ONLY for:
- Managing logistics operations
- Creating LRs, invoices, vouchers
- Recording payments
- Compliance-related workflows
3. Strictly prohibited activities
Users shall NOT:
Financial & compliance fraud
- Create fake invoices or manipulate financial records
- Misuse GST or E-way bill systems
- Enter false payment data intentionally
Illegal activities
- Use the Platform for illegal transportation
- Facilitate prohibited goods movement
System abuse
- Attempt hacking, reverse engineering
- Use bots or automation to misuse the system
Misrepresentation
- Impersonate another business
- Provide false business details
4. Payment entry responsibility
All payment entries must be verified by the user before submission.
Users must confirm:
- Amount
- Payer
- Payment mode
Any incorrect entry is:
- Sole responsibility of the user
- Not the responsibility of the Company
5. Enforcement
Violation may result in:
- Immediate suspension
- Permanent termination
- Legal action
